Breakfast
Lunch
- Any of the above breakfasts
- 1 Avocado, carrots, celery, and bell peppers
- Approved guacamole with carrots, celery, and bell peppers
- Leafy greens with tomatoes, carrots, peppers
- 1 boiled potato with hemp hearts or hemp flakes
- 1/2 banana, almond butter and bran crisp bread
- Potato salad detox recipe
- 2 handfuls of almonds, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or pistachios
- 1/3 of one hemp bar
- 1 cup of pintos or black beans
- 2 packages of healthwise high protein soups
- Bio-Coffee with or without Cocoringa
- Health wise Hot Chocolate with or without Bio-Coffee
- Explore Cuisine Pasta with or without approved sauce
- No lunch option should exceed 300 calories
- Kettle and Fire Bone Broth
Dinner
- Choose 2-6 ounces of any category 1 or 7; chicken breast, pork tenderloin, london broil, fish or hemp flakes/hemp hearts.
- Choose up to 1 cup of any of the following: green leafy vegetables, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, squash, okra, or any root vegetable. (Onion, Carrots, Potatoes, Etc)
- Approved Shake
- Do not exceed 300 calories for dinner
- Kettle and Fire Bone Broth
